Returns & Refunds

We make all our products to order via a 3rd Party Printing Company, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind (like wrong size, color, or ordering error).

Damaged or defective items?
No worries - contact us within 30 days at admin@badladoz.com with photos, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund. No need to return the item unless instructed.

Exchanges:
Since every item is made-to-order, exchanges aren’t automatic. If you want a different size or design, just place a new order.

EU Customers:
Orders shipped to the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
