Production & Handling
All items are made-to-order.  Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times

• Australia: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–25 business days

These are estimated delivery times. Some delays may occur due to customs or postal service issues.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at admin@badladoz.com

We’ll work with our printing company and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
Customers outside Australia are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
